Orders placed and paid after 12:00 pm will be shipped within the next 3 business days.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will be required to pay the shipping costs for each.
The customer is required to check the condition of the items delivered.
Any fault concerning the item (damage, missing item in relation to the order form, damaged and open package, or broken/defective items) must be imperatively indicated within 3 days of delivery by email to email@example.com.
We hope you are delighted with the products you order from us, but should you wish to return any item purchased, you are legally allowed to return it within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the shipment (the working days will begin to run from the date on which delivery can be proven). For that end, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org stating this purpose. After notifying us of the intent to return goods, you must return the item(s) within 14 (fourteen) days to the following return address:

Returns arriving after this 14-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion. Only products purchased from our online shop (www.babashdesign.com) should be returned to the address above. Products purchased from anywhere else should be returned back to the original place of purchase.
We would like to remind you that Babash Design does not exchange goods but reimburses the cost of any items returned. If you wish to change the goods, you will have to place a new order.
The charges incurred by the shipment will be undertaken by the client, as well as his choice of carrier. Liability for providing for delivery will also be undertaken by the client.
Please note: The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you package your items well and use a signed for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit. Always keep a copy of your proof of postage.
STATE OF THE ITEMS
All returned items must be returned new, unused and perfectly intact in their original box with all original tags attached.
Upon receipt of the parcel, Babash Design will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders the items unsuitable for sale. If the return is refused by Babash Design, the items will then be returned to the customer without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to refund, except for the subsequent exercise of his rights to warranty on the goods sold.
REIMBURSEMENT FOR RETURNS
Subject to compliance with these return conditions, Babash Design will refund the returned items within 7 days of the reinstatement in stock of the goods and by means of the same payment method used when proceeding with purchase.
We will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item excluding the shipping cost.
